I dont disagree with second chances, I DO disagree with old people dieing because they cant afford heating bills, even though they chose to work all their lives and not sit in an alley with a needle in their arm, with no job and therefore paying no tax - I wonder how many old people would love just a tenner a week to help them keep warm in the winter - £4000 / 10 = 400, 3/4M which was the total payout = 75000 and thats without legal costs.
