The other flats are ok .
This has been going on a couple weeks .
Had 3 plumbers round .one did get it going but then it stopped and can't get hold of the guy now .

As we all know pretty cold atm.have a electric rad but as the system is for the block I'm paying double bills .getting to expensive to put rad on now

But thankyou for feedback

If you can fill it but then it empty's out, that could be a leak somewhere

Is your hot water cylinder heated electrically by immersion heater ?
What did plumber do to " fill it briefly" ?
If your radiators don't have water in them ,and plumbers can't work out how to get water into the system ,I would be inclined to back fill it from the mains cold water in your flat .

Thankyou for this .I'm not sure what the plumber did .he did something to the co.unial timer and said hopefully the heating will work when the timer kicks in layer but it didnt work.

Back fill may be the answerr I'll Google how to do that and have a go in the morning and let u know if it works .
Thankyou for taking the time

I think the cylinder is heated via the boiler .so we have hot water but no heating and it's not the diverters apparently they are fine
