Will check thankyouDo you know if there’s a heat interface unit anywhere? I think there should be a filling loop. How will you be paying for usage?

Just air and then nothing .What happens when you try to bleed a radiator?
YesDoes each flat have it's own heating thermostat?
The other flats are ok .Have you asked the flats beneath ? could be a leak perhaps ?
I can't fill it .the plumber must have briefly but I dont think a leakIf you can fill it but then it empty's out, that could be a leak somewhere
Thankyou for this .I'm not sure what the plumber did .he did something to the co.unial timer and said hopefully the heating will work when the timer kicks in layer but it didnt work.Is your hot water cylinder heated electrically by immersion heater ?
What did plumber do to " fill it briefly" ?
If your radiators don't have water in them ,and plumbers can't work out how to get water into the system ,I would be inclined to back fill it from the mains cold water in your flat .
I wonder then if the boiler has the filling loop and that’s why. Tbh if it’s a communal boiler sounds like a landlord/building owner problem.Just air and then nothing .
Thankyou for thinking about it
