I wonder then if the boiler has the filling loop and that’s why. Tbh if it’s a communal boiler sounds like a landlord/building owner problem.

Ok. Well you need something to add water to the radiator circuits from that main boiler, so it’s either at the boiler or somewhere in your flat.

I agree .I think it's a boiler issue myself as have tried everything.
Have booked rhe boiler company for the 16th so one more week of cold .hope fixed after that .
