In part leavers are fed up with the lies and negative feel set by the remoaners.
So will not vote.
There are plenty who voted remain that believe another vote is undemocratic. But given another chance would vote remain again. A bit like Cardiff scoring a blatent off side goal. They know its wrong but they will still take it.

if anybody made up their mind due to the stories that Outists told them in the past, they are entitled to be disillusioned to find out that the anti-European campaigners were lying, and don't care that they have been found out.
However, the fact is that more than two million young people are now entitled to vote, that were excluded in the second referendum. They include a high proportion of strongly pro-EU people. With every passing month their numbers grow larger.

In that case Scotland should not get a vote unless they confirm they will not be having a another Referendum to leave the Union
Anyone who holds a Irish/EU passport don't get a vote either.

If the Scottish don't want to be part of the Union then fair enough they can stay in the EU.
The Irish passport holders will have the benefits of being part of the EU as well.

Just say we made a mistake and Brexit is pants. Give us another couple of years to sort out the government, Ireland, immigration and we'll have another look then.
Or we could issue 50 million printed copies of the proposal and plan put together by Rice-Pudd and Buffoon, and verified analysis of its workability, costs and benefits, and ask people if they prefer that, to staying in the EU.
Ooops, my mistake,the Outists have never, ever, ever produced a proposal and plan; and they never will.
