the decision as to if the UK stays in the EU should be taken by tradesmen

Any other trade body / org could contact there members and ask them

all done officially and in some written format , proof of belonging to org' would need to be submitted

Brexit is straight forward.
A majority voted to Leave the EU, so the UK should have left on the 29th of March deal or no deal.
