I buy mine from a farm in Garstang where he runs three thousand free range. Always know when he's got a new batch of point of lay in, lots of double yokers(sometimes 50-60% of a tray)

The bits on the side are a mare to get off. I inherited the pan from another mere, my mother, and it was completely blackened all over with various depths of charcoal.
I have got it cleaner over the years, but it is not 100%.
