Electic motor hook up

Hi guy, can somebody throw some light at my leroy somer? Not wanting to do any damage, how am i wiring this single phase motor up to a plug( il worry about a switch later). Im not a complete idiot but when you start putting grey and yellow wires into the mix!

The capacitor looks seriously damaged so the motor may well not be usable until you replace it. L and N (earth lead to the chassis) to the two brass plates. If it runs there will be a high inrush current and a high inertial kick so tie it down.
