You could have a point there. Look at what happens when their is a full moon and electromagnetic energy is greater - the magnetic components in our bodies are drawn to the brain - causing toxicity, and people to do stupid things (i.e. "lunatic")

Hang on Big Spark, Gary is right. The full moon does cause people to change mods and some to do stupid things. IT IS where the name lunatic was derived from as in lunar (moon) and tic (invountary bodily action). I know loads of people whose moods change for the worse when it's a full moon - my hubby's for one - Thankfully he doesn't turn into a lunatic but his mood gets very morose and grumpy.
