Rather than a passive, press the button arrangement. My own preferred option, if you have a path/drive leading to the property, is either a PIR, or a broken beam system, to announce someone's approach.

Not illuminated, but you could always add some glow in the dark tape, or a well adjusted pir light nearby

Thank you, I'd seen similar on YouTube and was about to start looking for one. I'm converted, wireless is probably the way to go as it can be done without batteries.

Will see what options there are for 2 doors and 2 sounders (a tune for each door from both). Hopefully it's possible, at worst by having two separate sounders at each end of the building (4 in all).
