Eric Sykes. RIP

The much loved and very talented actor Eric Sykes has passed away aged 89. He was a genius at writing comedy and short plays. I for one will miss him.

RIP Eric, now go and join Hattie again.

It said in his obituary that his Mother died when he was born. He won a Scholarship to Art School at 14, but did not go, because the family needed money, so he started work. What a man.
