Extractor fan / lighting circuit / mains circuit/ isolation requirements

Because I may just go in there to put the towels away or take something out of the cupboard. Or I may walk in and not need to put the light on at all.

So thanks for all the suggestions. I’m still not sure whether the simple preference of me having control rather than a fan is do-able so I guess if I want to keep my electrician onside I’ll have to have it his way.

Nowt to prevent you having the option of a fan with PIR, plus a switch to turn it off outside the door.

We tend to stack things to be moved on the next trip upstairs to a bedroom, or the bathroom etc.. Tools accumulate by the back door, to be moved out to the workshop on my next 'need to go out there'. Nowt to stop you doing similar. Stack towels outside the bathroom, to be taken in on the next visit.
