New roof fitted roughly 6 years ago but now leaking bottom end as per attached pictures. I removed a few bottom tiles and found a gully full of water...one of the pictures was taken at time of replacement for another reason and it looks like the roofer fitted the facias too high as per where the arrow is pointing. It looks like the leaks are through the nail holes in the lower end battons??
I'm now looking for a fix and was thinking of removing bottom row of tiles and gutters and cutting away some of the top section of the facia in line with the old wood facia below it.
