I would guess property in New york would not come cheap but it's the fact that the solicitors screwed up, If we can do it as amateurs you would think they would, sort of fits with getting a survey and all the backside covering they do to avoid comebacks, anyway back on thread, Our tribe came from Norfolk and we have what you may think is an unusual surname until you look into Norfolk, the surname is Bone and no we do not have two thumbs!

My family name suggests a Viking origin , did a dna test and results did show ancient links to Scandinavia , also regions of Europe known to be settled by vikings.
