I understand your feelings but there are other rules and procedures which go along with our democracy (which isn't such a wonderful idea in the first place).Not as much fun as watching all you so called Liberals arguing against democracy in action.
A short while ago my father in law , who is a UKIP member , passed on to us an email petition for just that. I don't think he saw it as hypocrisy that ukip railed against "unelected" European officials but want someone who is unelected to the British Parliament to take part in future negotiations .If Leadsom wins the Tory election, I hope she has him as part of her EU negotiation team rather than risking the Foreign Office creating a fiasco.
