Lamb for me, then rib of Beef, then --------- any meat :D

I like a change. I make a fantastic pot-roast brisket, but I also like rib.

For a steak I like rare fillet. I can't stand a grey steak.

Also love leg of lamb, or breast if the fat's been crisped and drained away.

In the US I like New York Strip, and pulled pork.

I've had some fantastic steaks in the Argentinian steak-houses in Amsterdam.

I quite like steak tartare occasionally.

I was going to pull him about the pulled pork, well, not pull him, as i'm not with him, but pull him about it... yeah ...delete :LOL:
