I'm more interested in how Gasman28 bored his C50 out to 5000cc.

Overboring can leave your head very weak.

Did he just bore it out or did he add a cylinder or two, a RR merlin engine was 24litre V12 = 2 litres per pot so that would equate to aprox. one hel of a rebore.
