The judge obviously bought into their sob story.

They could have come here, unchecked and they could have been located near to you so consider yourself lucky. You may not be so lucky in the future. How would you feel about unchecked immigration then?

So we've to deduce they come from a country or countries where it's deemed okay to drag a female off a bench and rape her? I say that because the judge states they 'need guidance' re how to live in Dutch society, therefore asserting they don't know it's not okay to rape?
And folk wonder why political parties more to the right are gaining in popularity.
Given it's a terrible crime, they should have been dealt with in exactly the same way a Dutch national would be. Comes back to my point, the law should treat everyone the same.

Why is Nwgs2 posting a thread about old news?
We don’t have unchecked immigration
If people come via normal routes they are subject to checks
If people arrive by illegal means in small boats, they are processed and put into the asylum application system…..so they are subject to checks.
Which ones are you claiming are unchecked?
What, you think they’ll give checkable details via a safe route compared to an unsafe one? "No, no, I’m not Muhammad the rapist from Afghanistan, I’m Muhammad the Doctor from Iraq".
The ones that come over with no papers. How do you check them, especially if they are 'Children’?

A person has to provide evidence of who they are to claim asylum.
They don’t get asylum without proof of who they are.
So they are checked.
