EEBADS was the official name but then it changed to ADS by the IET (or IEE) wasn`t it, just like Earth Leakage Circuit Breakers changed to RCDs and SELV changed from Safety Extra ( or Extremely?) Low Voltage to Separated Extra Low Voltage ??? I might be slightly but not wholly wrong meethinks
So are you objecting to the term Earthed Bonding being sometimes known as Earth Bonding? Is that wholly significant to the ordinary person )or indeed to some electricians perhaps? ( or is it neither earthed or earth and stands for , example Elephant or Echo Chamber perhaps?)
Perhaps I am more forgiving to someone using Earth or Earthed interchangeably so yes you are right in strict terms so I cant argue with that.
It`s a bit like that expression "Give it me" no that is the wrong way around it should be "give me it " or give it to me" and I know a lot of people say it.
I suppose we could try settle for "Earthling Bonding" as a term to use in future?
I will use my best endeavours to avoid talking rubbish in the future.
When I fall short in my ultimate goal I will be very appreciative of EFLI and others to point out my errors.
Peer review by these excellent folk could well help to reduce the rubbish I utter even if I do not completely agree with them at that time I may sometimes change my view a little or even a lot, whichever way I will chalk it up as a success in their favour and against mine.
Therefore only good can come of it.
I thank you for speaking out against me in these matters when you see fit.
Whatever happens we should not sit idly by and let someone speak rubbish with impunity, you would not be doing me (or anyone else speaking rubbish) any favours by keeping yer powder dry in these matters.
I could also help to warn others who actually partly or wholly believe some of the points I make and the result might be that they start to question my points at least. No bad thing, That is the way forwards.
So thanks for your help pal, I do appreciate it even if I do not fully explain that at the time in question.
I am reassured by your help and look forward to your continued help in future too.
