I've seen the no-hopers in the plumbing forum - all taking wild guesses and usually getting it wrong.

Could you confidently diagnose a fault over the internet, from some badly worded post by someone looking for help, but not knowing what they are describing? Yes, several diagnoses are offered, as you could only give a difinitive one by actually seeing the job.

Also, unlike you Joe, we aren't keyboard bashing, masters of the universe.
