The UK is a parlamentary democracy so it is only fit and proper that any decision is taken by them ? They could have voted the caper down , they had a majority in principle to do it , but they chose not to

No, that's why I can't stand the women. She used the excuse that parliament should have the right to vote on it, not to uphold democracy, but as a way of trying to derail the Brexit process. She's hoping that people like Anna Soubry and Kier Starman will put a spoke in the process. Now that is unquestionable democracy in action, but she might not have got the courts to force the issue if she's said what her true intentions were.
The odd thing about this situation, is that although the voting public decreed that Brexit should go ahead, the excuse of upholding democracy, could well reverse the true democratic decision of the populace.
