So I guess you haven't seen the presidential addresses from behind a desk in the white house?

Cabinet is not Parliament.

Parliament exists to hold the government to account.

Have you not worked that out yet?

WTF is a ""presidential manner""" and you are trying your damn best to make it as insulting as possible... Ok...lets run with it...Yes..Boris was """ presidential"":"AND?

it shouldve been announced in parliament -as the speaker has said
therefore it is a presidential address.

but then brexiteers hate democracy, they dont want the executive to be scrutinised

Gotcha.......More whining about anything you can dredge up..

Show me where I said that.

Oh that's right, you made that up.

Which makes you look as big a buffoon as boris is!
He is not discussing it with the correct people...not announcing it in the right venue? That easiier for you?

more digging dirt on anything
are you saying the speaker is 'digging dirt' then

the executive should announce important policy in the commons for parliament to scrutinise

I am sorry if you find following democratic protocol so upsetting.

I'm too busy to do any digging at the moment, just popped in for a cup of tea but does protocol exist at the moment, we're in the middle of a national crisis, cross party consensus is fine but debating in Parliament, it'll be Brexit all over again, if it were illegal, I'm sure Gina miller would be all over it by now.
