Really if you look at the figures before vaccine was first mass administered in UK anti body rate was already over 50 %. And at present its around 93% . Why should i get vaccinated for it when i more than likely have acquired natural immunity which as has been proved is more effective than being double jabbed

I suggest you look at the death rates and hospital admissions prior to the vaccine rollout

and the rates since.

hospitalisations rates are tiny now compared to peak in Jan 2021 or say April 2020.

look at the graphs -the vaccine effect is obvious to anybody that is paying attention

Been proven by whom? Attribution, please, not FB or DM BS, please. For starters even if you have had coVid, your immune response will weaken over time, but if after having CoVid you have the vaccine it will strengthen that immune response further (source: Nature). Part of the issue with this virus is that it has had the ability, to date, to mutate at a high rate, so even if you had natural immunity to the Alpha variant, that wouldn't give you much immunity to the Delta variant.

Not really no.
You have already stated you are not interested in the paracetamol content. So that basically leaves the sugary syrup. The problem is, most humans will die from the paracetamol content long before the less toxic ingredients have any affect.

Therefore medical statements are likely to focus on paracetamol rather than anything else.
