I have an employee who drove to work for 20 years without a driving licence. The car was registered and insured in his wife’s name. We only found out when we asked for his driving licence so that he could drive one of our pool cars and he admitted he’d never taken his test.
never stopped by the police in all that time and the car appeared legal because it was taxed and insured by his wife as their family car.
