EFC, whatever happens try to stay on civil, if not friendly, terms for the sake of the kids.
No matter their age they often think its their fauly when they are totally blameless.

As you say friends and family are often blinkered, you are of course up against everyone having a different point of view. I really hope you have one real good friend who you can trust.
As conny said in the earlier posting, just love your children to bits, I so hope your ex allows you time to talk to them and reassure them.
I am sure that many of us on here have been through this and we appreciate what a difficult time it is......but there is light at the end of every tunnel......you will get there.
