The din rail entry on the first two hagers look way out but because the clamps on breakers opperate inversely the din rail gets grabbed at same point on both.

My only concern is how much of the busbar gets inside the L118.

Thats a very kind offer i may take you up on it. I think i will go to customer and at least try new MCB for size. Its just a little job that i am sorting out inbetween the 'bigger' jobs.
