they still don't have it many places over there..

and you don't have to capitalise the G when refering to their god, it's name is Allah, our god's name is God..

I am sure their God and my God will forgive me for that mortal sin.

nope, it's akin to calling your primary school teacher "Mom" by mistake..
;)

As you started this, what is the big deal about correcting spelling etc?

You replied to a post of mine in the UK electrics forum sounding more like BAS than BAS, and made several silly mistakes.

You started a couple of sentences without a capital, ended a sentence without a full stop, spelt maintenance (maintainence) accessible (accesible) there (ther) and really (realy).

I remember you having a go at moodymicky for picking you up on a spelling mistake.

I really don't want to appear rude, but if your diet is getting to you, can you please find another way of venting it.

Cheers mate.

not the diet, the cold meds maybe.. all woozy headed..
I don't use capitals to start sentences and I don't use the spell checker despite being a bit dyslexic.
I wasn't correcting your spelling, I just don't like to see our gods name used as their gods name..

I also wasn't "having a go" in the electrics forum.
unfortunately the tone of a reply may be read different by the reader than was the intention of the poster.

You still don't get it I see. Their god is called Allah and because it is a name it is capitalised. Christian's god is called God. As it is a name....etc

I don't recall that, it's DIYAndy that has been on ignore recently..but thanks for bringing it up.

No refrigeration wasn't there back in the day, stuff was salted to preserve it, so presumably salt wasn't available in certain areas, ie arrid areas, so meat rots. If some Normans invade the country, and build these massive structures that I must attend, and tell me to agree what is written in some latin book that I can't read, or I will go to hell for the rest of eternity, then I comply, otherwise get burnt at the stake, tortured, or branded.

A book that atheists look at and say - Dan Brown wrote that, but many people have a belief in it, and live by it, as it is a selection of scripts from many years after the event, biassed towards one faith or another, depending who wrote what.

It's like in 2000 years from now, and someone picks up a Harry Potter 'comic', book, did they really live like that? WOW! I thought antigravity was only invented 50 years ago? They had it then?!

It's how deep you read into it, and what you can disassemble some fact from biassed non fact.
