Especially on underfloor heating.....they runs rings around the English.

Im pretty sure you don’t. We have a Spanish account for the villa expenses and my mate has a local account for his Sardinian expenses too. Neither are residents. I think it’s only if you’re an ex pat with no U.K. address that you may have a problem.

Some European countries still have good trade training, college and apprenticeship schemes, which the UK has mostly lost interest in.
