I agree with you.

If I didn't support a football team and I thumped a City fan and said Man City Suck then would that be a hate crime?

The hatred football fans have for other teams seems to define them more than their love for their own team, a lot of hate in football but i guess its generally a healthy outlet.

I was never a hooligan but got caught up more than often on away games.
I get it ...... i see what makes a hooligan tick the adrenaline was mad. But I'd never describe it as Healthy.

Judging by that attacking someone because of their colour is not a hate crime.

Mrs Bod is Indian Polish from her father. There's nothing Indian Polish about her.

My mate who's Malaysian from his father is culturally and English as I am.

Nothing different apart from he supports West Ham and 17 stone heavier than me.
