Again this was on the (mistaken) assumption that the size of the cylinder boss dictated the plumbing bore. Do you think 28mm will be enough? It's not too late to change to 35mm.

The output of the pump can be in 15 mm to a single tap !

28 mm to the shower pump will be fine. Its would not be at all bad to feed the cold to the HW cylinder in 35 mm when using a pump.

The cold feed to the cylinder will depend on the pump head and what its feeding.
