High grid voltage advice

I suspect you will need to get readings at your own premises, both with and without the solar power connection. The DNO could easily claim that your excess voltage is self inflicted. If the voltage is still above 253V without the solar then they don't have a case. Similarly, of course, if the neighbours' voltage is too high then the DNO is in the wrong regardless of your solar.
