Hot Water system suggestions

Hi

Im converting a building in my garden to a small house for an elederly relative.

No Gas, so will need to heat and get hot water for taps/ shower.

Any suggestions for electric boilers and heating? Thinking of underfloor

Heatrae Sadia Electric Boiler & small unvented cylinder
Electric Combi Boiler
Air to Water Heatpump with a small unvented cylinder
Electric UFH with an immersion fed small unvented cylinder.

All depends on budget and current incoming supply.
