Only inasmuch as that if it had been five white scum doiing the same to an asian or black kid it would have been classed as a racist attack by the media probably.

Anyone who does anything like that irrespective of what colour they are should rot in jail forever...together with everything the inmates can conjour up too...but they wont.

Too much pressure to 'rehabilitate' not punish doesnt help.

So how do you deal with criminals (of an undetermined colour) such as this?

Lock them up and rehabilitate them. They probably came from broken homes.
