I really outght to join a cookery forum, keep asking cooking questions ( well it's kinf of DIY.. making my own food.. )
anyway..
tried making some "chicken nuggets" by dicing some chicken breasts and "battering" them..
but the batter method I googled didn't turn out too well..
it said to flour the chicken then dip in milk and flour again then fry..
not much of a batter coating really..
so anyone got a better way that makes it something like chipshop batter?
