Where I work, they were proud to fit a public charging point, but
the personal door is right next to the charging point, and when one walks out with an arm full of gear, it is so easy not to see a looped charging cable.
To be fair, not a door that the public use, but should some be injured who would be blamed, the railways or the customer?
