How would you tackle Covid19

Any remoaners currently in the civil service are
To be considered un-trust worthy and up to no good / Skullduggery

And should be sacked ;)

EVER think you would end up rubbing every item of shopping you buy with antibacterial spray? No? What other bizarre habits are now normal?

Washing the shopping

Washing boxes of fish fingers used to be the kind of behaviour that Channel 5 enjoyed making lurid documentaries about. But now we’re all obsessive-compulsive clean freaks who think nothing of rinsing a packet of crumpets under the tap.

Wearing protective equipment to Sainsbury’s

Remember the days when the most you needed to pop to the shops was a jacket? Now a face mask and gloves are necessities, which must also be classed as essential because popping out for a bag of crisps could cause untold deaths.

Clapping on your doorstep

In the ‘before’ time, standing on your doorstep applauding the heroism of the Morrisons delivery driver would be looked upon with either derision or concern. Now the miseries who don’t are the ones who are judged.

Worrying the police will stop you for walking

Walking along, rehearsing stories about how it’s the only time you’ve been out that day officer in case you’re stopped, paranoid about being caught by police… all a ridiculous fantasy of a fascist state mere months ago. Unless you’re an ethnic minority, in which case same old same old.

Being obsessed with flour

Two months ago, the only bag of flour in the cupboard was a year old and full of mites and nobody cared. Now you rush to the baking aisle in Tesco, ignoring the one-way rules to get a precious kilo of super fine ’00’ grade. ‘This is real pure,’ you say, as you snort a pinch from the end of your knife.

Reports from Tehran and other towns are showing a 6-10% increase in cases in the past 24 hours, and these have tended to be more severe symptoms than previous cases. Iran eased it's lockdown four days ago.

I really don't know if this hiding in a cupboard lark is what we should be doing during a WAR. Take a look at America, its not arrising about, you need to take the battle to the enemy, march down the middle of the street with your pump action shotgun or smi automatic assalt rifle - you know it makes sense.

So if the bloke is protesting about the stay at home orders, why is he wearing a mask?

I'm getting fed up with this wash hands for twenty seconds lark.

When are we going to be allowed to take a bath or shower again?

I think it would be only fair if Brexit voters were made to isolate fo a year or so, whilst Remoaners ( who don't seem to like what the future holds) were encouraged to go outside and mingle.
Funnily enough the virus is targeting the predominantly leave voter demographic.
Albeit 4 years late!

But on a serious note, it has to be testing, testing, testing!

And not just for admissions or key healthcare workers, but at random to find out the level of infection in the general population.

Other countries are doing this and whilst some are more 'open for business' they often have no worse death rates.

Dye all Covid particles bright purple.
This is a good point shame we cant use some kind of disclosing technique like a spray you can purchase to spot check commonly touched handles or items to see if covid19 is prevalent in your home

best way to tackle COVID is:

reorganise government and civil service -probably with advice from the military

the government acted too slow and had wrong priorities which to some extent have been caused because government isnt set up for strategic planning for crisis management

this is what should have happened:

1. either stop all flights and immigration or fully test every passenger and contact trace -UK shouldve tried as best as poss to quarantine the whole of the UK

2. early on they should have engaged all laboratory options small and big to build testing capacity instead of sequentially setting up super labs

3. they should have set up a department for PPE -so all those UK companies could get in contact with somebody and quick decisions couldve been made

I would adjust the polarity on the 5G antennas so that they alter the inductive resonance of the Corona Viruses to only affect people who like marmite.

No excuses, no mercy

Agreed, but I'm afraid you got the polarity the wrong way around, should be only affecting people who don't like marmite, they're already clearly very sick people, who are of no societal use.

To my knowledge not one case of corona virus has affected any PUB LANDLORD, this must render them as a safe place to visit open them up now. We can debate safely how to deal with this crisis.

Global coordination:
- Any country with unexplained low Covid numbers remains on exclusion. They must be covering it up.
- Local easing of lockdown. If you look at where the centres are, there are large parts of the UK with low levels of outbreak. For example the Isle of whight has had Less than 20 deaths and 100 Covid cases, there is no reason for the island to have the same lock down as London. They absolutely should stop people coming in, but they could be one large isolation community. There will be other places like this.
