Ryobi advertise their tools as light trade, so all fits opinions. I have the Impact Driver ONE+ and it does what it says on the box. The ONE+ batteries are Panasonic and high quality.
I had an opportunity to use the the Ryobi mastic gun recently, and it is amazing.
After a little adjustment of the output speed, it works a dream with no effort at all - ie no aching fingers. Nice smooth and even joint - and less rubbing with the finger and fairy liquid!
If anyone is using a mastic gun regularly, then they should seriously consider getting one of these beauties.
Saw that caulking gun from Ryobi and thought why? Lazy buggers
Well I have added a few more ryobi tools to my range including 3" belt sander which is a beast! Came with clamps to clamp upside down to my trestle. Very handy.
Also bought a 1/3 sheet sander. Will also pick up a corner sander and a Ryobi circular saw this week with the 15% off at B&Q. Very good tools for the money, pay that bit extra and avoid the cheapo home brands.
i wont go into too much detail of the tools i own but i wish elu were still around,im still using my elu chop saw and its nearly 15 years old.and the only thing thats needed to be done to it was a new spring fitted to the safty gaurd, top quailty tools imo.
I have 4 of the Ryobi 18v+1 drill drivers, had for about 2 years all used all the time all going strong still. 1 is used a lot for mixing plaster. there all chucked about and look knackered but still work perfect. the spirit level has fallen off all of them.
The battery's are quite good (1.7ah) would be better with 2.2ah. I had one duff battery lasted about 3 months but got it replaced.
I have the angle drill, not mad about it, bit bulky and the speed controle on the trigger is to sensitive for me, it's either full on or stopped.
Have the +1 recip saw, thats brilliant.
Have the industrial sliding saw, thats been really brilliant and fab quality.
