i contacted ideal and they had a technical support guy call me back.
when the guy called he must of thought i was an engineer!!? lol
he said to link L1 and L2 in the connector block to prove its not the boiler, then when i said i cant take the cover off because im not an engineer he said, oh youve been put through to wrong people, its not your boiler causing the problem....
hang on, you was about to tell me what to do to prove this, how can you now know it defo isnt!!??
its something in the field he says that isnt sending a voltage to the boiler to switch it on. call an engineer out, thanks good bye...
