And. Flow & returns are copper. No problem with hot or cold water being plastic to that point. Take another look Bodd
I may be wrong but as far as Im concerned any plastic push fit should be min 1m from boiler.

It’s way out, the photos don’t show how bad it is! We aren’t at the property anymore was just unaware when it comes to having a landlords cp12 it could be commented on or given as an advisory or anything?....It should be level. How far out is it.?Do not know the tolerance but would guess it is not a thousandth of a millimetre..Does look like it runs off a bit compared to the ceiling..but could be ceiling...Show pic of spirit level on top.
It was for the sentinel vortex as this wasn’t fitted upon installation, then the trvs, this was upon the 3rd visitMore filters???? For what??
The lad was paid in full on the 1st visit, 2nd visit asked for more money for the filter then trvs on 3rd visit! He’s left the boiler today also on 1/2 a bar pressure is that the going thing? I thought it was between 1-1.5 bar?Is the ceiling level? Sometimes other things not being level make it look worse. Very harsh if you haven’t paid after 3 weeks. Had he had the opportunity to deal with it?
The noise from rads is probably expansion, velocity or air. Simple to sort. Have you not even covered the cost of materials?
There’s 2 rooms without trvs, the bathroom and the kitchen (room with the stat)Apart from the install. It could be existing pipework that is making the noise. In which case then the plumber cant be at fault.
TRV's should be on all rads except in the room that has the wall thermostat.
Old TRV's if any can may a banging noise like water hammer.

But on this on the domestic. Seen many worse installs, if it is fitted in the same position as the old one then lining up pipes is going to be hard, unless you're paying for a good job. Rentals don't usually have good jobs.I may be wrong but as far as Im concerned any plastic push fit should be min 1m from boiler.
