Slightly OT however mum (lives in high rise) received a survey through the post from the local council. A 'how are we doing maintaining the block?' kind of thing. Supposedly anonymous. So she's reading some of the questions to me and then says she'd be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 gift voucher for taking the time to return the survey.
'How do they know where to send the gift voucher if it's an anonymous survey?' I asked.
