I'm just saying, it's very unusual for an aircraft to crash whilst reversing!

Often thought about flight crew mistakes .... I know, that in Frank McGarry's situation I would have, as calmly as possible, pointed out what I could see.

Maybe because I already knew of this Concorde problem :- Bill Lightfoot, an aviation consultant at the time, recounts his experience. Hole in Wing Pity the poor old cabin crew ... they only only had to look through the f'ing window.
