When you change tv channels using the red bottom.

Can this channel be recorded.

I have noted that freeview 301 & 302 were showing The Olympics, is it just a case of recording that channel.

ouch it sounds painful,you can get some cream for that.

I think so, yes, but you need twin tuners or else be tuned to that channel for the duration of the recording.
