IP Addresses thread - strangely turns to a God thread!

Can you explain it then? He won't.

Maybe its the birds.

Religionists like to talk in terms of absolutes. In particular, absolute blox. Come out with some meaningless quotes from some random book and hide behind it, even though they haven't really got a clue what it's on about.

God didn't give you free will. What makes you think that?
Your bound by nature so your will is imprisoned.

So if God didn't give me free will, and he created man - nature is predetermined by God so therefore any actions I take are God's will and I am forgiven of all Sin regardless of what that may be and will go to heaven regardless of my thoughts on this being all boolax.

GOD DID NOT WRITE THE BIBLE!

Oh, I don't know. I was led to believe that God wrote the Ten Commandments, or at least told Moses what to write.

Mind you, I have a feeling that Moses cheated and just wrote what he thought might be a good idea to keep people on their best behaviour! ;)

Romans 8:6–7 (ESV) wrote

6 For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. 7 For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God’s law; indeed, it cannot.

Have you the original dictation from God - that is, as I have said two or three times now, a translation or a translation of an amalgamation.

Isaiah 55:8-9 wrote

8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.

For the second time...What little boy?

Yes, what little boy came back? And from where?

I can only assume I missed something earlier in the 'discussion'.

So can somebody please tell me who this little boy was, or at least point me in the direction of the first mention of him?

(I haven't the patience to look back through every single post.)
