Our post has not been the same since the first lockdown, either due to sickness or strike.
Where I lived before our current place, in the last century, the post used to be delivered every morning at 0630 sharp.
Now it comes it dribs and drabs at around 1400 or later.
I regularly did jobs for a guy who lived about 2 miles from me.
He would always put a cheque in the post for the last delivery (1830) and it would be on my mat the next morning. Not quite sure how they did that, but I was very grateful!
