No, hamas and hezbollh backed by Iran are hell bent on destroying the Jewish race - the river to the sea.
If Israel are not strong and fight back they will be destroyed.
That's an interesting view
In reality, of course, Israel has spent more than 70 years destroying Palestine, dispossessing the Palestinians, taking their homes, farms, villages and lives, and determinedly wiping their nation off the map.
They justify it to themselves by pretending that they are the victims, when in fact they are the oppressors.

and hereby lies a salutary warning of allowing mass inward migration of an entirely different culture - these things never work out too good for the host countries - Normans Saxons - Europeans Native Americans - Europeans Aborigines - Jews Palestinians...
It should never of been allowed / encouraged post WW2, but it happened and they are now there, we can't turn the clock back on these things. It is a very brutal part of the world, a dog eat dog part of the world, kill or be killed - there is no solution to the mess that exists, the hatred is deep and deepening, things will never be sorted out to the satisfaction of both, it may occasionally calm down for a few years, but it will always keep raising its ugly head, and every time it will be more brutal than the last.
