I don't know why the west imposes its historical guilt onto humanity. These are western crimes, and the world should not have to shoulder this burden. The internet is awash with misinformation. There's many, many sources and examples that proove that.
Israel is a known cyber warfare actor. I think it's safe to assume that US is also.

The only version of the Hamas document is on US websites. Anything that you think is a Hamas website is a US site.
So of course it's real, but is it genuine. We don't know because we can't access the genuine article.

Please post these links that you think are Hamas websites and I'll show you how they're not genuine.
I have done so several times already, but due to your intransigence, I'll try to clarify it for you.

Thought of a reason yet, why Israel repeatedly destroy an Industrial site, which Hamas are not using?
Have you found any other areas in Gaza that are not embedded in tne civilian population, which Hamas can use for military purposes?

Although, there's loads of wasteland and bomb sites that they can use now, that is not embedded in the civilian population.
