Interesting to hear how we stop this though.
From a womans perspective its the moment they wake, what to wear or not to wear, walking to the bus stop where to sit on the bus and that's before they get to work.
The main offenders i hear time over are of course the men(of all colours) in vans(of all colours white included).
I get it, the way some men behave needs to change but not all men, lets not tar as us all as such. I don't believe i should have to cross the road from a woman to proclaim or prove im not a rapist, i don't have to proclaim each man who isn't vocal about how we should is a rapist either. (unlike the BLM message)
So hard though but it must start at school behaviour on how boys should behave differently.
However its weird when the shoe is on the other foot.
When i was young i was harassed by a girl at school who regularly exposed herself to me, i really didn't appreciate it as i was only about 8, but couldn't tell anyone of course. And when i did years later many including girls and women laughed at me. Now imagine that flipped of course that boy would have been a serial rapist of course for exposing himself.
On the contrary i felt sad i hadn't reported it after the realisation it may have been something she was familiar with doing at home, and i never reported it, and i could have saved her from some abused upbringing.

Do you not worry about your boys?
I'm dreading my 10 year old going big school.. I'll want to take her she won't want me too. I'll say knock for Joanne, sometimes she won't. I'll say don't walk through the woods in the winter, she more than likely will.
The nasty horrible men are as much my problem than any woman out there.. why divide us when we are better together...

No. I see a father concerned and rightly so. I think the likes of Ian Huntley should live out their days in severe pain and fear and then crucify the bastards as a dying gesture.
I also see a bloke trying his best to insert waffle and whataboutery into a thread at every chance.
Women want the same thing. They also don't want to be murdered on the way home from the shops and are concerned as to how they can prevent that.

So you know how much I care about the females in my life..
I'm opposed to the idiot women and soft wet men, who now blame the Police because of one nasty man and a few bad coppers.
I've met a few I know they are there.
I also know some really horrible men. But we are not all horrible.
It's not about whataboutery it's about being consistent in my beliefs in what ever colour or creed you are.
And that includes all the beautiful and ugly women on this land.

Come off it..... I was saying to my girls last night. That most Police are good. But they are not all good, this is why we say to you about being careful...
It's scary, horrible to think this young girl was fooled and murdered by someone should be there to protect us.
Do you not think we are all horrified by it? Including serving Police officers. This has just made their job a whole lot harder.
So we need sensible people make some sense of all this.

When I was maybe about 12. A young lad if 10 went missing.
He was found some time later out of town murdered.
Steven Edmondson was his name... it was his next door neighbour who led the search that murdered him.
