It's OK to kill journalists

I see motorbiking is carefully avoiding the questions I actually asked.

I know why he feels he has to.

oh dear - you really are a paid up member of the hard of thinking club.

Of course I think killing innocent people is wrong, even the really stupid ones.

I do however think where possible people should take steps to keep themselves out of harms way and I have less sympathy for those who don't compared to the other non-exhaustive list that I started.

innocent people

That's not the question I asked.

Some people, as you know, consider that children and even babies are not "innocent" as they might grow up to be ******s

Others consider that a person who is, or supports, or lives in the same house as, or knows a ***** is guilty by association.

Some will find this hard to believe, but there are people opposed to genocide who get accused of being ***** supporters.

Not easy to guess what you're on about with all the redaction.
Perhaps we should go back to start of the thread and see how many questions you have outstanding.

You do understand that answering a question with "thats an interesting question" isn't answering the question?

"thats an interesting question" can be a very appropriate response.

For example, if someone (you, for example) says "do you condemn Belgium for killing Swedish civilians"

Then the questioner is attempting to blame Belgium.

But if someone (you for example ) says "do you support Belgium in defending itself against an attack by Sweden"

Then the questioner is attempting to blame Sweden.

Hence the untainted questions I asked, which you take care to avoid, because in your question, you have already decided who you want to blame.

You find the idea difficult to grasp?

talking to yourself again bud.

I don't use Facebook, I read the terms and conditions.

lets go with a real example shall we:

Here's one:
Was it Ok for Hamas to kill 1200 civilians and take 240 hostages, which initiated the Israel response.

That's an interesting question.

Are you suggesting it is wrong to kill civilians and take captives?

Or are you about to suggest it is justified in response to earlier attacks?

Which is it?

Thank you

Are you unable or unwilling to answer the question?

It's not easy to guess which question you're answering with your vague responses.
Let's go back to the unanswered question:
Its not a problem for me - I wasn't daft enough to go there.

What does that mean?
You've said that slaughter isn't a problem for you.
Are you suggesting it is only a problem for the man, woman or child who is killed?
That must be why you never complain about it.

which of course was an answer to different question.
You understand that answers are given to specific questions.

What question were you answering?
Still waiting for your answer.

I don't use Facebook

You've read the title, that enough for you to know you don't want to face up to it.

Its not a problem for me - I wasn't daft enough to go there.

Civilians don't get to choose when war or terrorism comes to their home
Children shouldn't be kidnapped, beheaded, burned alive with petrol or bombed or shot.

its regrettable that anyone dies before their time.
When they're Palestinians, it's not a problem for you.
Only when it's Israelis it becomes a problem, apparently.

So for those in refugee camps, who go to supposedly 'safe zones' you think it's wrong that they're killed by Israel's indiscriminate bombing?

Was it Ok for Hamas to kill 1200 civilians and take 240 hostages, which initiated the Israel response.
For the umpteenth time the conflict did not start on 7 October.

Gaza was created by Israel in 1948, as a refugee camp to contain Palestinians displaced in the Nakba. Since 2007, Israel has kept Gaza under an illegal military siege

400 of those killed on 7 October were military.
Civilians that take up weapons are also fair targets.
Israel has been issuing weapons to Israeli civilians like confetti.
We don't know how many civilians were armed.

I'm not entirely sure you and I have the same definition of Palestine, based on your posting.
Gaza and the surrounding areas.
motorbiking doesn't think that the West Bank is a killing zone for Palestinians:

All of Palestine is under attack.

While international attention is focused on Gaza, the Israeli government and extremist settler groups are taking the opportunity to accelerate the ongoing ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in the West Bank.
Israeli settlers are being armed by the Israeli state, and have become indistinguishable from Israeli soldiers. Both abuse Palestinians with impunity.
On October 12, as the last villagers of Wadi al-Seeq left their homes, driven out by ongoing settler terror, a group of Israeli “soldiers-settlers” — some dressed in military uniform and some in civilian clothing — took three Palestinian men captive.
For hours, the men were tortured: They beat them, forced them to strip down to their underwear, handcuffed and blindfolded them, urinated on them, extinguished cigarettes on their bodies, and attempted to sexually assault one of them.

Settlers have carried out dozens of attacks, setting Palestinian homes on fire, destroying their property, and shooting at them with live ammunition.

Over 90 Palestinians in the West Bank, including 26 children, have been murdered by the Israeli military and settlers since October 7.

Thank you

Are you unable or unwilling to answer the question?

What question ? I can answer may be ?

Any way are you towing the party line on this Israeli caper ?? Seems you are not singing from the same hymn sheet as starmer / labours front bench ?
