On the radio (4) tonight they were talking to a palistinian local journalist ( woman) who stated that many in Gaza are also blaming Hamas for what is going on
Point is she needs to keep her mouth shut or the hamas fanatics will seek her out and bump her off for spreading malicious rumours
Could well be a public execution for her as an example to the rest of inhabitants to toe the line

You say you "condemn both sides", yet you disparage or disregard anything said about Israeli conduct in Gaza or on the West Bank, then 'like' anything said in support of Netanyahu's far-right government. Your perspective is trammelled with a permenent blind spot in one eye...not surprising considering your well known views towards Moslems.
The murder of Shireen Abu Akleh is just one incident of a journalist being deliberately targeted by an IDF soldier in the West Bank. Initially denied by the government and only admitted after pressure from Al Jazeera who proved she'd been shot in cold blood with video evidence. Did R4 not cover that story?

In context, i used it to say the IDF should be aware of their sins/crimes and critically assess the propaganda from the Israeli media before 'carrying out orders' without question. We all know that defence was insufficient to protect soldiers at the Nuremburg trials and neither should it be used to justify their actions today. Journalists are marked for summary execution and pay a high price for telling the truth of what occurs in Palestinian territory. Your willful ignorance and blind intolerance for those who continue to do so is equally as abhorrent as those who deny Palestinians the right to a country of their own.
