A Person is a believer and follower of religion A. Religion B rejects the teachings of religion A, generally paints the followers in bad light. They claim followers of religion A are blind, do not know the love of the god that religion B follows. Followers of religion A, reject the teachings of religion B. Religion A and B are different, they do not agree with each other, both think the other has got it wrong.
A person tells the follower of religion A to follow the teachings of religion B. He has sufficient working knowledge of both, to know that this would be insulting to the follower of religion A. He doesn't much care and finds it amusing to mock them.

Just as easy to conclude that the poster finds all devotees of fairy stories to be worthy of mild joshing, as a minimum.

of course - if that is the position and there is of course evidence of mocking islam, christianity etc. Easy to say so. bit late now though.
