Corbyn's main aim was to get services back into public ownership. Method - interest rates are rather low. In an odd sort of way he threw in the net which in real terms is a service these days. Only thing he said on that was hoping to interest Virgin. BT look after what might be called the sub network but that is expanding. For instance in my case I could only get high speed via Virgin which I am connected to. Now in theory at least I can use BT via the ISP I use for a phone connection or via BT. The cables run along the street. LOL Don't ask me why I have both.
